As program manager you will be responsible for the execution of all our portal projects.

You will give direct guiding to the local project managers. Besides that you need to have a natural drive to coach people.

Together with the board of direction you will aim at an improvement of processes of the service unit, and you will also work closely with the Customer Operations Manager.

Your profile:

·                     Minimum of 3 years experience as a program manager

·                     HBO - WO thinking- and acting level

·                     Good knowledge of the English language

·                     People management and development skills, such as coaching

·                     Flexible to travel monthly, mainly within Europe

·                     Knowledge and experience of working with project management (RUP, XP, Prince2, DSDM)

·                     Experience with complex projects within complex organizations

·                     You are result driven

·                     You also have an expert background in an international business environment
