Componence B.V., specialized supplier of content management portlets for portals (Internet, Intranet, extranet and collaboration environments) and portal development platforms, has per April 25th teamed up with Capgemini Nederland B.V.. Capgemini has therefore become “the” implementation partner for the Componence products.
 
In various market segments Componence and Capgemini will primarily focus on concepts and solutions that will considerably shorten the development time, the time needed for the implementation of portals and the creation of portal development platforms. Relevant in this are companies that would like to enable multiple external channels via the internet and who would like to realise this from a central platform concept as effective and efficiently as possible.

Both parties are convinced that a fast, reliable, standardized and yet flexible implementation of portals will be one of the most important success factors for the future.

 

Together the engineers and consultants of Capgemini and Componence – based on their specialisations – will take care of the development of new and customer specific portlets as well as the technical implementation.

 

The joined efforts –anticipating on the cooperation – have already led to new portal concepts that are very positively received by various leading companies. A start has also been made in the development of a standard implementation plan, that will deliver strategic benefits as well as savings in time.
