The desired level of service differs per client, making this contract customized per organisation. To provide you with an indication; take into account, for an average contract of this kind, 15% of the total costs of the project including licenses.
An important part of the SAAS is the Quality Plan. This plan is constructed by the client, Componence and, if so requested, a third, external hosting party. In this plan are the steps, procedures, agreements and the responsibilities of all involved parties.
Componence often releases new versions of our products. With the upgrade agreement your organisation is provided with the latest version at all times. This service can only be requested in combination with a SAAS contract.
It is possible to hire our products as ASP service. Your solution will run, together with other clients, in an environment controlled by us. The ASP service is a complete solution which is a collection of the following services (see above): Hosting, SAAS and upgrades.
