Corporate Express UK portal live
Corporate Express will launch a series of 15 corporate portals, covering all corporate portals for all European countries. The solution Componence offers is based on the world leading portal platform BEA Weblogic Portal and Portletsuite of Componence. The UK corporate portal is now up and running and next month all EU countries will follow. Next to the corporate information which will be offered on the portals the portals give access to the the online shops with a joint turnover of about 500 million euros. Design of the new portals is deliverd by Satema.
New title sites for Reed Business Information
In Q1 and Q2 of 2006 a large number of portals for Reed Business Information have been developped. The concept of the portals (the Internet sites of RBI Branch related magazines) are all using the same portalframework (BEA Weblogic portal and Portletsuite) and set of portlets but all have a different look and feel.
At this moment there are almost 37 titles sites live!!

De Zaak is a publisher for the SME in the Netherlands. They assist SME with know how and online services. But more than that, they enable SME to interact with each other. They created a special site for this, Van Zaak tot Zaak ("Business to business"). On this portal members can compare notes, exchange information and start new businessventures together. .
Pension Profile wishes to give those who visit their site a clear view on pensions, especially their own! The site uses a playful, step-by-step way to show visitors the posibilities they have when chosing a pensionplan.
De Zaak website ,De Zaak SBP B.V., wellknown for their magazine, "De Zaak", uses ECMSuite to support their clients. It was necessary to migrate the three different environments, (internet, extranet en callcenter) to a new platform that was more modern, more complete and far more user friendly than the system they had been using. This resulted in a much more easily manageable environment at a significantly lower cost.
The end of august saw the results of the CNV Intranet Mastersite project. CNV is the Dutch workersunion. On the 26th of august the first copy of the Mastersite was presented to the CNV Vakcentrale. The CNV intranet now has the latest features on the Appserver, in order to render the use and management of the intranet as userfriendly as possible.
At the beginning of may the intranet for Psycho Medisch Centre Vijverdal was finished. Vijverdal is a psychiatrical hospital that offers care to adults with psychological and/or psychiatrical problems. Vijverdal has over 700 employees.
FNV Bouw, the builder's union, has a new intranet developped by Componence. The intranet contains over 250 pages that use over 10 different functionalities.
PvdA (the Dutch Labour Party) needed an interactive services and communications portal. This has been custom made for the PvdANet. Due to an internal memebersadministration system "Marketing Manager" PVDAnet is THE online community for this political party.
Online storage Multikabel
N.V. Multikabel is a large supplier of communicationservices via cable, such as radio, (digital) television, internet and telephone.
Componence delivered the software for the new service Online storage for the internet customers of Multikabel. The solutions was delivered by using existing software components. With the Online Storage service the customers of Multikabel can easily share documents and pictures and store their own documents in a fully webbased environment.

Over 700 consultants and agencies are exposed in this portal via a wide varity of charateristics. The portal is fully self-service. So the clients are able to maintain their own data. They also can determine how and were they can be found in the portal. Communicatietribune is a portal of Reed Business Information.
Intranet Airtraffic Control the Netherlands
For the unit Air Traffic Management the existing is intranet has been migrated to ECMsuite. Our aims were, among others, to improve the day-to-day content management, to acquire a stabile, controleable and schaleable CMS and to have the opportunity to start new initiatives, such as a poll or a messageboard independantly.
