Sustainability is very important to Componence. We base all our business decisions on both pursuing a higher operating efficiency and exploiting the opportunities for a better environment by romoting hybrid cars and keeping the consumption of energy to a minimum.

For the well-being of our employees we encourage i.a. sports by using a business sports-pass. Also, we donate money to orphanages in all the countries (India and Ukraine) where we are active. Furthermore, we regularly sponsor projects to create awareness. We do the latter particularly through the deployment of technology and knowledge.
